• Please read all our rules, failure to comply with rules will result in booking ending early without refund

• Passenger elevator only for passengers. Boxes, racks, dollies or any larger item strictly not allowed in passenger elevator. You must use freight elevator located further down lobby.

• Strictly no smoking, no vaping, no candle burning, no incense in studio and building. Studio door must be kept closed at all times.

• Strictly no guest waiting in hallways.

• Strictly no eating or drinking on furniture. Any food/drink can be placed on the fold up table in the studio only.

• Strictly no food or drink on farmhouse table and no glam set up. our Farmhouse table has a raw finish with no sealant, no items may be placed on it as it will cause marks if so you must use a placemat or thick table cloth any marks will result in a refinishing charge.

• Strictly no water, liquids, glitter or oils in bath tub. Our Bath tub is handmade and made from Terrazzo stone. Any damage incurred will result in the cost of a replacement + shipping fees at a cost of $10,000.

• Strictly no movement of bathtub. Our Bathtub is stone but fragile and must not be moved under any circumstances. Any damage incurred will result in the cost of a replacement + shipping fees at a cost of $10,000

• Any stains or marks in Studio walls or left in space after booking, will result in an extra charge for professional cleaning and/or the cost of a replacement.

• Strictly no pets allowed in the studio and booking will be canceled immediately if accompanying guest/s.

• Guests must vacate the space on or before my booking end time. Overtime will be chargeable if the space is not vacated on time. If you need extra time contact me for overtime first to check availability.

• Permission must be obtained to move furniture. We can arrange to move furniture before booking for a fee.

• If furniture is moved and not placed back on exit, a moving and placement fee will be added to booking.

• Our furniture is highly valuable and any damage caused will result in charges for replacement purchase and other packaging and shipping costs.

• Any trash must be placed in the trash bag provided and placed outside the studio on exit.

• You will only contact a Newman Studios employee if you need help or have an issue to discuss during your booking.

• Studio door must remain closed durning booking and closed shut on exit.

Metered street parking or $15 parking lot next door

All furniture as shown in the photos comes with the booking.

We can also provide additional rental furniture if required as

• A/C Units

• Private Dressing Room

• Full length mirror

• Library

• Non functional Bath tub

• Black out Blinds

How do I access the Studio?

You will be provided full access info the day before your booking.

Can i change my booking date after booking?

We are unable to change a booking date once booking has been confirmed.

Do you provide lighting and studio equipment?

We only provide the space and do not provide any additional equipment.

Do you offer Photography services?

Yes we do offer photography as an additional service please check out production page.
