Introduction

Welcome to DTLA Loft LLC, operated by Newman Studios (“we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

Booking and Reservations

1. Booking Confirmation: All bookings must be confirmed with a signed contract and payment in advance.

2. Payment Terms: Payment must be made according to the terms specified in your booking contract. Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation of your reservation.

3. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellations made less than 30 days before the event will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total booking cost. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event will incur a 100% cancellation fee.

Use of the Space

1. Permitted Use: The space may only be used for the purposes specified in your booking contract. Unauthorized activities are strictly prohibited.

2. Capacity Limits: The number of occupants must not exceed the capacity limits specified in your booking contract.

3. Damage and Liability: You are responsible for any damage to the property or equipment during your use. Any damage must be reported immediately, and repair costs will be charged to you.

Health and Safety

1. Compliance with Laws: All guests must comply with applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations.

2. Safety Measures: You must adhere to all safety measures and guidelines provided by DTLA Loft LLC.

Privacy and Data Protection

1. Personal Information: We collect and use personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

2. Security: We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information, but we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Amendments to Terms

1. Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will become effective immediately.

Governing Law

1. Jurisdiction: These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of California.
